 Datasqueeze is a fully functional program, and has been actively used for data analysis since 2001. However, it is also a work in progress. Upgrades and new features will be driven primarily by the comments and needs of the users--send us your comments. The following are some of the anticipated upgrades in forthcoming versions of Datasqueeze:
  • Continued improvements in speed and performance.
  • Addition of more data formats.
  • False color images in polar coordinates (Q versus azimuthal angle) as opposed to Cartesian coordinates (direct mapping of detector pixels onto screen pixels)
  • Improved support for non-English-speaking users.
